Validation of ORF9b expression was conducted through SYBR green-based real-time PCR, and the expression of the Fibrinogen &amp;alpha; (FGA), Fibrinogen &amp;beta; (FGB), Fibrinogen &amp;gamma; (FGG), and Albumin (ALB) genes was quantified using the same method.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
